How much will they read?
Some people think you have to write a letter that tells your whole story on page, what do you think? Many people think that reading is dead, what do you think? Would you be surprised if over twenty people every week read more than 16 mages on this web site? Words are powerful and the ability to have people to listen to your message gives you an advantage. Why? Because access to knowledge is the source of wealth and power and if you have the ability to improve someone’s life they want what you have. So if you can tell a good story they will read several pages in your sales letter…if it is compelling. Old letter and new letters Another concept that is as old as fins on a car is that a good letter fits on one page and is very professional looking. A good letter lasts as long as you need it AND you use the features of your word processor to highlight, underline or any
other tool to make your point. For example if you think that saving time or money happens from a feature in what you sell, then point it out so a reader scanning a letter will see it. Your impression of the features and
benefits of what you sell is not the same as a prospect or even a customer. You must help them because what you sell is not the only thing they have to think about in their life. Want some help on writing better letters and having something new to say when you have Nothing New to Say? Give me a call. A little coaching can help.
